Traffic
congestion at the intersection of 15th Main Road and 13th
Main Road, Anna Nagar has become a major worry for the area residents.
After
the one way system there is always heavy traffic movement along the 13th Main
road stretch throughout the day and pedestrians are the worse affected.
The intersections
at 16th Main Road, 15th Main Road have no proper regulation. Vehicles
crisscross in a dangerous manner and pedestrians just dart across the road when
there is a little gap in vehicle movement. The 13th Main Road residents want
traffic policemen to be posted at all intersections, especially during peak
hours to regulate vehicle movement and help residents cross safety.
