Avenue and Inner Ring Road at Thirumangalam is a risky stretch for road users.
The stretch is chaotic and dangerous to unregulated traffic movement.
Pedestrians are found running across the road in between moving vehicles.
Thirumangalam junction is a busy intersection and absence of a traffic signal
makes matters worse. Continuous flow of vehicles puts pedestrian’s life in
jeopardy. Hence effective traffic regulation and installing a signal has become
a dire necessity at Thirumangalam junction.
