Training Programme On Sweets And Savories

Starting with Navrathri, there would be hectic preparations of delicious sweets at home. The festival of Diwali is fast approaching.South Indian sweets are very delicious.Another famous sweet is the baadushaa.Laddoos is a heavenly delight. In view of the upcoming festival celebrations, a one day training programme on “Preparation of Sweets and Savories” will be conducted by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Information and Training Centre, on Thursday, 25.10.2012. 

The venue is at No.U-30, 10th Street, Anna Nagar, (Near Jayagopal Garodia School) Chennai-40 from 9.30am onwards.The course will cover the preparation of “Adhirasam,  murukku, semiya puttu, thattai, badusha, khoa kesari, mixture, beetroot and carrot halwa and vadai”.
