The heavy rainfall during the past
few days has caused severe water logging along many roads in and around Anna
Nagar East area.
Rain water stagnation at many places in N Block 18th
Street and 23rd Street made it difficult for the residents and road
users.
According to the area residents, clogged drains, uneven road surfaces
and low-lying spots were the main causes for rain water stagnation.
