A one day training programme on 'Preparation of Masala Powders’ will be conducted by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Information and Training Centre, on Thursday, 07.06.2012. The venue is New No.P-44, Old no.37, 6th Avenue, Anna Nagar, (Near K-4 Police Station) Chennai-40 from 9.30am onwards.
The course will cover the preparation of spicy products like sambar powder, rasam powder, garam masala, coconut powder, curry leaf powder, gingelly powder, chicken masala, chilly chicken masala, fish masala etc. Lunch, training material and certificates will be issued to all the participants.
