Training On “Value addition In Fruits & Vegetables”

A one day training programme on 'Value addition in Fruits & Vegetables’ will be held on Wednesday (30.05.2012) by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Information and Training Centre. The venue is at New No.P-44, 6th Avenue, Anna Nagar, (Near K-4 Police Station) Chennai-40 from 9.30 am onwards. Fruits and vegetables are the reservoir of vital nutrients. 

Fruits and vegetables have great potential for value addition. The course will cover the demonstrations like juice, jam, jelly, sauce, ketchup and pickles.
