The Thirumangalam flyover construction work is gaining momentum along Inner Ring Road. The flyover is build across two intersections, namely Anna Nagar 2nd Avenue and Mogappair Road junction.
The flyover is aimed to facilitate smooth flow of traffic.
The flyover would have four-lanes. The service road beneath would have two lanes on either side
