The Anna Nagar Welfare Association proposes to address the Commissioner of Chennai Corporation for constructing of new storm water drains in the streets/ Blocks in which there is no such facility. Also to undertake repair works, if necessary to the existing storm water drains so that overflowing at the time of monsoon rains into the sewage can be avoided to certain extent and also to avoid inundation of the streets/ blocks during the rainy season.
A list of streets, blocks in which new storm water drains have to be constructed/ repair works have to be carried out to the existing ones can be prepared and forwarded to the under mentioned the address by Exnoras, Colony Welfare associations etc so that the details can be brought to the kind attention of the corporation authorities for necessary action before the onset of the monsoon rains list in duplicate can be send to Mr.Nagasundaram, 901, J-Block, 17th Street, Anna Nagar West, Chennai-40 before 30th April 2012.
