On the occasion of Tamil New Year, which is a time for celebrating new and prosperous beginnings, S.C. Agarwal Charitable Trust in association with Indian Magic Academy organised a fun filled programme at Schizophrenia Research Foundation-SCARF at R-7A North Main Road
Anna Nagar West Extn on Tuesday,10th April 2012. A delicious lunch was served. The chief guest for the function was Mr.S.C. Agarwal, Founder and Chairman of SC Agarwal Charitable Trust. The guest of honour was Anna Nagar zone of Chennai Corporation, Ward 105, Mr. Sukumarbabu.
The proprietor of Asian Sales Corporation and organizer of Indian Magic Academy, AM.Biju, also participated in the function. After honouring the guests, there was a lovely magic show by Shornur Ravi. The show was enjoyed by the audience.
While performing the magic tricks, Shornur Ravi touch upon of good life values to the inmates of SCARF. SCARF founded in 1984 is successfully led by Dr. M.Sarada Menon. The present team led by the Director Dr.R.Thara is composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, rehab personnel, administrative and support staff.
