The photo shows Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa inaugurating, through video-conferencing, new building of K11 CMBT Police Station on Friday, 9th March 2012. Chief Minister Jayalalithaa had also declared open the Taramani Police Station building. Senior Police officials and Koyambedu Market Committee members were present during the inauguration function.
The newly formed K11 CMBT Police Station functions in the CMBT bus terminus premises. Koyambedu Market, Omini bus stand and CMBT complex are covered by this police station.
