The Chennai Corporation storm water drainage construction work is in progress along 17th Main Road stretch in Anna Nagar West. The corner of the street has been dug up and workers are laying the wall. The work which has begun a few days ago is likely to get completed shortly. Since half of the road space has been dug up only little space is now available for motorists and pedestrians.
Though the storm water drainage work is getting constructed to clear water stagnation from the road, timely completion of the wok will bring relief to the area residents.
