On behalf of NSS and YRC unit of the New College , a blood donation camp was organised on 7-3-2012. About 73 units of blood was donated Egmore Lions Blood Bank. The camp was inaugurated by Thiru A Mohamed Ashrat, Secretary of the New College and Lion M.C Vasantha, President of Sowkarpet Lions Club. Dr. K. ALTAFF, Principal New College Prof. K.M.K Noohvabdul Kadar, Vice Principal participated.
The camp was organised by Dr. Sulaiman, NSS and YRC President Officer, the New College who is residing at Anna Nagar West, Chennai-40.
