K.M.Dhanush, standard 7 student of S.B.O.A School and Junior College and member of Honourable Soshihan S.Kothandan Shito Ryu Karate School based at Thirumangalam Road, Bala Gurukulam School has won the Gold Medal in Individual Kata (Black Belt- 15 years category) Gold Medal in Team Kata (open category) Bronze in Kumite( - 14 years) in the 5th All India Open Karate Championship- 2012, organised by Visaka Budokan Karate Association during 10th to 12th 2012 in Visakapatinam.
