The deserted Padi and Anna Nagar Railway Stations can be put to good use once again, if the railway officials start the train service between Anna Nagar and Central instead of Beach. Today, the railway track lies unused.Though bridge got completed in 2009, train services were not restored. The Southern Railways could resume the train service to ease the traffic chaos in Anna Nagar Roads.
