As the work on the Thirumangalam flyover and Metro Rail is going on , the 100 Feet Road that leads to Anna Nagar West Depot is testing the patience of road-users.
The stretch is one of the busiest in Anna Nagar area and also the bumpiest and dustiest. The highly uneven surface and bumps near the Police booth at Thirumangalam junction make it a difficult stretch.
Apart from slowing down vehicle movement, the uneven road near the complex makes it risky. At MTH Road motorists vehicles have a harrowing experience every day.
The public appeal to the authorities to re-lay the road, they also stress that good quality roads must be laid. Let the authorities concerned take action to blacktop the spot and ensure that the current situation is set right immediately?
