The bad and damaged road stretches in the Koyambedu market area will soon a thing of the past. That’s because work on laying of concrete roads is expected to cover Koyambedu Market. 

According to sources from the Chief Administrative Officer of Market Management Committee (MMC), the work on laying of concrete roads, under the infrastructure development fund is in progress. 

The infrastructure development work, including re-laying of the roads with concrete, construction an efficient storm water drainage system. The roads around the market, in dire need of repair. 

Concrete roads will be a huge relief. Frequent lorries come to the market daily. The poor condition of the roads comes in the way of speedy and safe  movement of the vehicles entering and exiting the Koyambedu Market Complex.
