The 8th Annual Day celebrations of S.B.I.O.A Model Matric Higher Secondary School, West Mogappair, was held on Thursday 2nd February 2012 at the SBOA school and junior college grounds. Mr.D.Suresh Kumar, President of S.B.I.O.A Educational Trust presided over the function.
The chief guest Dr.Anand A.Samuel, Pro-Vice Chancellor, VIT University, Chennai-48 delivered the annual day message and distributed prizes to the students in the presence of the school principal
Mrs. Sophia Vijayarani, The Secretary and Correspondent of S.B.I.O.A Educational Trust Mr.DS.Rishabadas was also present on the occasion.
Mr. A.Krishnan, Associate Secretary and Mr.A.Ravichandaran, Treasurer of S.B.I.O.A Educational Trust were the guest of honour. The School Correspondent Mr.T.P.Chandrasekaran released the school souvenir. The prize and award distribution was followed by a cultural programme.
