Shanthi Jacqueline Guides IAS Aspirants To Reach The Highest Pinnacle In Their Profession!

Shanthi Jacqueline is the Founder of Pinnacle IAS Academy, an Institute of Knowledge and Success. Shanthi is a highly qualified professional who holds three Master Degrees. She has dedicated her life for the cause of Education.

Shanthi’s father Late Mr.Lino had a dream to make her an IAS officer. With the aim to achieve her father’s dream, Shanthi studied M.A. Public Administration in Madras University after completing her PG Degree in MSc Zoology at Women’s Christian College.

But as the old saying goes, Man proposes, God disposes, God had better plans for Shanthi Jacqueline. Instead to becoming an IAS officer, she went ahead and established an IAS Academy. Her father would have been proud and happy about his daughter’s achievements, if he was alive today! 

She did her MBA from Annamalai University. She worked as a Teacher in Valliammal Higher Secondary School and Counsellor in London School of Speech, Vepery. She is a professional soft skill trainer and working for SKR Engg College, Nazrethpet, near Poonamalle. During her school days she used to read a lot of Novels. She is a straightforward and nice talking person

. Shanthi’s IAS Academy teaches trains and guides IAS aspirants to reach the highest Pinnacle in their profession. From this it’s clear that Shanthi is also very service oriented. Shanthi first started LRS Institute in 1995 October to teach English Language classes at all levels. More than 9000 students who had studied at the institution are in a good career now in India and abroad. 

After running LRS Institute successfully for 15 years, she started teaching Smart Classes and English Language courses in many top recognised colleges, leading software companies as a visiting professor. Her skill in English Language was so good that she has even published a book titled Know Your English through Grammar in 2001. 

Most of her students are all over the world in challenging positions. She got an award “Rashtra Prathibha Puraskar Award” for Educational service from Integrated council for socio Economic Progress, Delhi, 2006. Shanthi worked in SKR Engineering College of Ideasoft in the year 2011. Then Pinnacle IAS Academy started on 6th October 2011 on Vijayadasami day. Before she started Pinnacle IAS Academy, Shanthi made a survey with the IAS aspirants who are studying in various institutes. 

Taking into consideration the advantages and drawbacks she designed and established her IAS Academy to give good quality education to the students. Pinnacle is listed in Civil services India.com and also on Facebook. The Institute offers free education for state toppers in 10th and 12th standard in the year 2012. Deva Senapathy, who studied in the institution is in IAS service has written a good appreciation letter. Mr.Nandakumar is also an IAS officer. and another student Mr Arasu is Group I Officer. 

Pinnacle offers various concessions to and facilities to poor students and those from out of town. Shanthi, the Founder and Director of Pinnacle IAS Academy, in an exclusive interview stated that her aim is to send more people from Tamil Nadu for Indian Administration Services. 

Pinnacle IAS Academy also is interested in giving special coaching classes for college students in association with College management.
