More number of huge size signboards have been installed in important traffic junctions, at Anna Nagar to guide motorists about the one way traffic diversions.

There was chaos and confusion at Anna Nagar during the first few days after introducing one way traffic diversions to facilitate Metro Rail works.
As per the new arrangements, 2nd Avenue has been made one way. However pedestrians are found struggling to cross the by lanes. Diversion of heavy vehicles through 13th Main Road is getting serious opposition from the public.
