Viraj Ramsharan a standard 6 student of SBOA School and Junior College, Anna Nagar Western Extension) won Gold medals in ‘Individual Kata’ and ‘Individual Kumite’ events and a Silver medal in ‘Team Kata’ in the ‘Under-10’ category in the 2nd Inter-School Karate Championships 2012 meet conducted by Koshikan Shito Ryu Karate School on8th January 2012 in Bhavan’s Rajaji Vidyashram, Kilpauk.
He bagged the Booshido cup after winning the two gold medals. He is a student of Koshikan Shito Ryu School. Viraj Ramsharan resides at East Park Road, Shenoy Nagar.
