The Koyambedu CMBT market road has no center median, the vehicle riders don't follow rules and turn casually. Due to the low-level center median there is criss-crossing vehicles, mainly two wheelers.
This is a posing a risk at Koyambedu. No proper pedestrian paths along Koyambedu 100 Feet Road has become a cause of worry for residents of the area especially near the Koyambedu junction.
The pedestrians found it difficult to access the Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus on since the stretch of the 100-Feet Road from Koyambedu has constant flow of vehicle movement on both directions.
Motorists coming from Anna Nagar towards Koyambedu Flyover find it difficult to take ‘U' turn because there is no option provided for them to do so. They have to reach the Kaliamman Koil Street-100 Feet Road intersection for taking a ‘U' turn.
