Motorists using the stretch of Second Avenue Road, Anna Nagar near Blue Star is concerned about the uneven spot which is causing inconvenience to the road users. Anna Nagar Second Avenue road is widely used by motorists as well as public transport buses.
The volume of traffic during peak hour was quite high. A number of trips are made by MTC buses along this stretch. Moreover the two wheelers and cars also used the road everyday.
While all motorists bore the brunt, two-wheeler riders were among the worst affected as they found it difficult to negotiate the potholes. Pothole patching is required for smooth traffic movement. Let the concerned officials take steps patch up the uneven spot at the earliest.
