An interesting workshop on Personality Enrichment was recently conducted by the Principal Dr. K.P.Malathi Shiri of Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women for the college students. The topic of the workshop focused on Team Work.
The College Principal Dr. K.P.Malathi Shiri used different interesting versions of The Hare and the Tortoise story to convey the importance of team work. The Principal also used the example of a pencil to stress the fact the one must be always helpful and useful.
A slide show and power point presentation was an interesting part of the event. The students were divided into groups activities. About 20 staff members and 320 students participated with great enthusiasm and gleaned confidence.
