The inaugural program of an Education and career guidance program was held on 30th July 2011 at Singaram Pillai Boys Higher Secondary School,Villivakkam, Chennai.
The event was conducted with the support of Rotary club of Chennai Towers. Sri.Krishnachander of Rotary club of Chennai Towers who initiated the program welcomed the gathering. Sri. V.Nandakumar Dy. Commissioner Income-Tax, spoke wonderfully to explain the importance of education, how to choose right path, right course, how to become exceptional in the field chosen. Sri.Suresh Krishna, Rotary District Director of Vocational Services, gave an exemplary speech quoting the life examples of various personalities and encouraged children to concentrate.
Sri. Sanjay President of Chennai Towers proposed the vote of thanks. Around 125 high school students from about 11 schools in the areas of Ayanavaram, ICF, Villivakkam have participated and benefited lot from this Splendid program.
