Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women, situated at AC-48, 6th Main Road, Anna Nagar celebrated the 64th Independence day celebration in a traditional manner. Dr.K.P.Malathi Shiri, Principal of the college, hoisted the National Flag and also gave an elaborate speech highlighting the importance of the occasion. The students performed a dance about the present plight of India, followed by patriotic speeches in Tamil, Hindi & English. The College Choir sang the Flag song.
