Inter-School Tournament Winners

Jaigopal Garodia Memorial Inter-School Volleyball Tournament for sixth consecutive year and Sitadevi Garodia Memorial Inter-School Table Tennis Tournament for the fourth consecutive year  on  1st & 2nd July 2011 in our school premises. 

33 schools from Chennai participated in Volleyball and 15 schools in Table Tennis. The valedictory function was held on 2nd July 2011 at 3.30 p.m. Thiru. Kumaran,

Former International Volleyball Player & Manager Indian Overseas Bank presided over the function and distributed the prizes. The winners of the Volley ball tournament  was Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Perambur, Chennai – 11, the runners up were  M.C.T.M. Higher Secondary School, Purasawalkam, Chennai – 84. Velammal Matric. Hr. Sec. School, Mogappair, Chennai – 37 secured the third place. 

In Table Tennis the winner was SBOA School & Junior College, Anna Nagar West Extn., Chennai – 101. The runners up was    Kola Perumal Chetty Vaishnav Sr. Secondary School, Arumbakkam, Ch-106. The third place went to  SBIOA Model Mat. Hr. Sec. School, Mogappair, Chennai – 50
