The photo taken shows an open manhole along Baliamman Koil Street, Villivakkam which is posing a risk to the road users. Sewage drain opening lying without covers at many roads across the city and are becoming death traps for vehicle users and pedestrians. Open manholes on the road or even by the side of road are dangerous and risky. The vehicle riders should exercise “extreme caution” while driving on this road. Broken sticks have been placed around these open hole to alert the road users.
