A one day training programme on "Vermicomposting" will be conducted at the Urban Horticulture Development Centre (UHDC) of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, on Thursday (16.06.2011) between 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. Vermicompost consists of nutrients, enzymes and plants growth regulators which are need for the better growth of vegetables and ornamental plants. The programme will be useful to the farmers, plant growers and land owners. Training certificates, lunch, notes will be issued to all participants.
