Dr.Sumant C.Raman M.D, who was Chief Guest at the Prize Distribution ceremony of AVM Cricket Academy advised the boys to give more importance to discipline and right attitude before taking up the game seriously.
He stressed the fact that all cricketers cannot become Sachin Tendulkar or Dhoni but they derive substantial benefit even if they play higher level of cricket.
Mr.AVM.K.Shanmugam who delivered the welcome speech highlighted the Academy’s steady growth ever since it started and the Academy will be conducting AVM Rajeswari Cricket Tournaments for boys under 10 years and 12 years during July/August 2011.
The Chief Guest Dr.Sumant C.Raman Mr.AVM.K.Shanmugam distributed the prizes to the promising cricketers. Mrs.Sujatha Subramaniam gave the vote of thanks.
