A one day training programme on 'Value addition in Fruits & Vegetables’ on Thursday (05.05.2011) will be conducted by the Urban Horticulture Development Centre (UHDC) of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. The venue is at UHDC, New No.P-44, 6th Avenue, Anna Nagar, (Near K-4 Police Station) Chennai-40 from 9.30am to 4.30pm.The course will cover the demonstrations like juice, jam, jelly, sauce, ketchup and pickles. Lunch, training material and certificates will be issued to all the participants.
