A one day training programme on 'Preparation of Masala Powders’ will be conducted by the Urban Horticulture Development Centre (UHDC) of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, on Wednesday, 01.06.2011. The venue is at UHDC, New No.P-44, Old no.37, 6th Avenue, Anna Nagar, (Near K-4 Police Station) Chennai-40 from 9.30am.
The course will cover the preparation of spicy products like sambar powder, rasam powder, garam masala, coconut powder, curry leaf powder, gingelly powder, chicken masala, chilly chicken masala, fish masala etc., The AGMARK Grading will be explained during the class.
