Painting Exhibition For A Good Cause

A painting exhibition of four talented and creative artists namely, P.Augustine Annadurai, M.Lawrence Raj, V.Vinoth Kumar and W. Prince Charles is on at La Galerie D’Expresions, Hotel Ambassador Pallava, Egmore till 31st May 2011. 

The highlight of the event is the 50 percent of the amount generated through the painting sales would be contributed towards charity. 

P.Augustine Annadurai has a Diploma in Fine Arts  from the Government College of Arts and Crafts Kumbakonam and a Post Graduate Diploma in Fine Arts from Government College of Arts and Crafts, Chennai. 

He has received many awards and has participated in several exhibitions. M.Lawrence Raj got inspiration by the art works of his elder brother Arokiyaraj, BFA, Film Art Director. 

He got interested in paintings since his childhood. Lawrence has worked as an Assistant Camera man in many  Tamil and Hindi movies. He does good Advertisement movies and documentaries. 

Currently he is working as a Cinematographer. V.Vinoth Kumar has a desire towards painting and art works from his childhood. 

He finished a Technical Exam on Painting Designing, free hand out line and model drawing by Tamil Nadu Government. He has good experience in all mediums of art. He has received many awards and as attended various exhibitions and shows. For him Lotus is the most inspired element of his art. W.Prince Charles has a good collections of drawings and paintings since his childhood. 

He has also attended many shows and exhibitions. He quotes abstract painting means Replacing prism in the place of Eyes. He was awarded the unique title of Icon of art.
