TANKER (Tamilnad Kidney Research) Foundation is a registered non-profit charitable organisation started in June 1993 with the aim of helping under-privileged patients with kidney disease. A new Haemodialysis Machine for TANKER Foundation, will be inaugurated by Mr. Calve Sambasivam, Managing Trustee of M/s. Calve Sadasiva Chetty (Madras) Charities at Rekha Memorial TANKER Foundation Subsidized Dialysis Unit, No. 766, Poonamalle High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai on 23rd April 2011. The Guest of Honour will be Dr. G. Vijayakumar, Diabetologist, Apollo Speciality Hospital and Diabetes Medicare Center, Trustee, M/s. Calve Sadasiva Chetty (Madras) Charities.
