Special Prayers Conducted For Students To Excel In Examination

Anna Adarsh Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Anna Nagar conducted  special prayers and poojas seeking for Gods Blessing and guidance for the school students to do well in the Board Examinations which is to be held in March and April 2012 for classes XII and X respectively. The students of both the classes with the Principal, Vice-Principal, Faculty and the non-teaching staff of the school attended the Pooja on the 18th February 2012. 

This prayer was rendered to wish the Institution success in all its future endeavours, and to provide good health and sense of confidence among the student, so they all perform excellently and be achievers.

Police Advise To Vehicle Owners

The Chennai City Police has installed number of safety messages in the Chennai city roads and street corners, for the attention of the general public. One such safety message found at Park Road, Anna Nagar West Extension stresses the importance of providing latest locking system for cars and bikes to prevent theft. 

The number of vehicle thefts in the city has gone up. Residents should install anti-vehicle theft devices, so the Chennai City Police Department is installing such messages. Installation of anti-theft device could reduce the number of incidents by ensuring the safety of vehicle.

Anna Nagar Senior Citizens Welfare Association is organising  a function on Sunday 18th March 2012 at 3.30pm at Indira Gandhi Auditorium, SBOA School & Junior College, School Road, Anna Nagar West Extn, Chennai  to facilitate Recipient of Padma Shri Award Dr.V.S Natarajan, M.D.,FRCP (Edin).,D.Sc.
