Many are hopping that the railway authorities would re-start the train services which was stopped in view of the Padi flyover. Even though the flyover has  be completed and opened to public use, there is still no positive signs about restarting the train service from Anna Nagar to Beach station. which now has been completed

Bus Diversion Through 13th Main Road

The Metropolitan Transport Corporation buses coming from Mogappair, Avadi and Anna Nagar West Depot skip the Thirumangalam Bus stop by diverting and  going through 13th Main Road to reach 2nd Avenue Road instead of passing the Thirumangalam signal junction. This diversion makes it difficult for the people waiting at Thirumangalam bus stop.
